Will sold out items be restocked?

Don’t bank on it. We do restock some of our basics, but all of our items are limited edition. Be the first to know about drops and restocks by signing up for our email list or following us on Instagram @wearfineapparel.

How do I make a return?

Net profits from our apparel sales go directly to support our non-profit partners. Each purchase is essentially a donation–therefore, all sales are final. We politely decline all refunds or exchanges. However, if you were sent the wrong item or the product is defective, please contact us via email at talk@wearfineapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You should receive a confirmation email that has a tracking code. If you do not, please email us at talk@wearfineapparel.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards! And gold–but only if delivered on horseback.

What courier providers do you use?

USPS and carrier pigeons.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally. If you wanna be really crafty, ship it to someone you know in the US and have them ship it to you!

Can I send one order to multiple places at once?

We can only process orders one at a time. Our tech wizarding skills are unfortunately not compatible with complex delivery strategies. Maybe start a petition for USPS to update past Windows 3.

Where else can I find your product?

The only way to know if you’re really buying FINE apparel is if you buy it directly from our website. Other sellers that say they sell FINE items are not so FINE, because they’re probably counterfeit. That's a lot of FINEs in one answer, and that's FINE.

How do I care for the items that I purchased?

Ask your mom next time she does a load of laundry. We recommend washing with cold water and hanging dry for perfectly retained quality. But realistically, washing warm and tumble drying on low is fine.

Do you have any brick & mortar stores?

Not yet. We hope to in the future!
